As a Founder’s Associate, you will act as an extension of the founders, driving key strategic initiatives across the business.
Your work will range from managing performance metrics and cross-functional dependencies to optimizing processes, product delivery, vendor management, and partnerships. You will:
- Work closely with the founders, gaining insight into the decision-making processes of high-growth companies.
- Support key strategic initiatives, including the creation and execution of GTM strategies, tracking KPIs, hiring, and more.
- Monitor Industry Trends & Regulatory Changes: Monitor industry developments, new regulations, and emerging technologies that could impact the business, and work with the founders to stay ahead of these changes.
- Contribute to streamlining operations across the organization, working cross-functionally across teams.
- Assist with deal progression and ensure consistent follow-through on client interactions.
- Support partnership management, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Optimise day-to-day operations by identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions
- Manage Special Projects: Lead or assist in high-priority, time-sensitive projects, ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery of key milestones across various business functions.
We’re looking for someone who has:
- MBA or other similar certifications.
- Proficiency in business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or Excel).
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and initiatives.
- Strong interest in technology, business strategy, and process optimization.
- Exceptional problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.
